MEGA Trail Cleanup is MEGA Success!

The State Forests Trust of Oregon joined with five other trail-building volunteer groups to co-sponsor a major day of spring trails cleanup along the Rogers Camp Loop in the Tillamook State Forest. These included Northwest Trail Alliance, TrailKeepers of Oregon, Westside Trail Federation, Oregon Equestrian Trails, and Daybreak Racing. Nearly nine miles of trail was tidied up: brushing, re-grading, fixing drainage and other work needed to get the trail ready for heavy summer usage. An after-party followed at Smith Homestead, with plenty of food, awards, and prizes for all in attendance.
